Salon Policies

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 1-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 48 hours’ notice for group cancellations.

Salon Services

We only use our implements, polish, and products. For your safety, we cannot use your personal tools. We can only guarantee that our implements are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We also cannot guarantee the longevity and quality of polish other than our own.

COVID 19 Policy

Please understand that as we return to the salon that some practices may change or need to be updated as we adjust to new operating guidelines.

You will be REQUIRED to:

Have your temperature taken. If you have a fever you will need to remain fever free for 48 hours before rescheduling.
Wear a mask.
Wash your hands upon entering and leaving.
Reschedule (within guidelines) if you do not feel well or have or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID19 within the last 14 days.
Come to your appointment ALONE.
Wait in the car until given the okay to come into the salon.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION:

All Stations will be sanitized before and after service.
Technicians and customers are required to wear masks at all times.
Technicians and customers must wash their hands prior to the start of service.
All standard sanitation practices will still be continued to include, but not limited to, sanitation and sterilization of all tools that come into human contact.
